Does PracticeSense work with my practice management system?

Yes. You can simply extract data from your current practice management system into Excel and upload that data into PracticeSense with the click of a button. If you have questions about your current practice management system and exporting to Excel, please email support@practicesense.com. Additional data upload service is available.

What size practice is PracticeSense designed for?

PracticeSense is designed to be used by medical practices of all sizes... from solo practices to large multi-specialty clinics to physician-hospital organizations.

Do you provide benchmarking data?

Yes. PracticeSense can provide benchmarking data segmented by specialty, geography, practice size, or other preferred segmentation. We also provide specialized benchmarking for integrated delivery networks. Contact support@practicesense.com for information on benchmarking.

How frequently can I use PracticeSense to analyze my practice?

PracticeSense is designed to be used with the frequency that the user prefers. You can input your data on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis according to your preference. It provides all calculations real-time, which allows you to "run the numbers" as frequently as you like.

Do I have to purchase the entire PracticeSense suite?

No. You can purchase any PracticeSense module a la carte or purchase the entire suite. With any individual application subscription, you will also receive the Dashboard, Practice Profile, Medicare Resources and the Data Import Tool free of charge.

What type of support is provided with PracticeSense?

Every PracticeSense subscription comes with toll-free phone support from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific. Email support is provided 24/7 at support@practicesense.com.

Does PracticeSense work for all specialties?

Yes. PracticeSense includes all codes with modifiers applying to all specialties.
